The Kit Carson Chapter welcomes all Royal Ranger leaders and Young Bucs to join our local chapter. |
Both Old Timers (leaders over 18) and Young Bucs (Adventure or Expedition Rangers at least 11 years old) need to meet the following requirements to join:
- Complete (or teach for leaders): Rope Craft, Fire Craft, Cooking, Camping, Compass, Lashing, First Aid Skills, and Tool Craft.
- Explain the plan of salvation
- Explain the meaning of the Royal Ranger emblem (4 red points, 4 gold points, and 8 blue points)
The membership application must be completed and returned to Randy Timmerman by April 23 - either given to Randy Timmerman at Leaders Seminar or mailed to him before then. There is a processing fee to join that will be collected when you attend Frontier Adventure. We will be holding two Frontier Adventures this year – one on 4-6 June and one in conjunction with the RMDRR District Camp in July. We would love to see you join.
