RANGER ESSENTIALS TRAINING
Be one of the first leaders in the nation to complete “Ranger Essentials” training. The Rocky Mountain District will be providing this new training module at this year’s District Leader’s Conference being held this April 23-24 in Steamboat Springs. This training opportunity is open to all Royal Ranger leaders, whether trained or new to the Ranger ministry.
For new leaders: Ranger Essentials is one of two training modules required to earn the READY advancement level scheduled for release in March 2010 as part of the new Rangers Ministry Academy. The completion of the current Ranger Basics module is not required to attend the new Ranger Essentials training.
For trained leaders: Ranger Essentials is the transition module required to earn the Advanced level in the new Rangers Ministry Academy (RMA), if a leader has already earned the current Leader’s Medal of Achievement (LMA), has attended a World Class Outpost (WCO) training event, and either an NTC, NRMC, or an RKTC, (NEEC when released), and have read the new Leader’s Manual.
