Shawn Reine

Shawn has served in a variety of ministry roles, as well as in the business sector. With over 20 years of church ministry experience, Shawn has served as Student Pastor, Community Pastor, Church Planter and National Communicator.
All of these positions have uniquely prepared Shawn for his role as the Church Ministries Director for the Rocky Mountain Network. Shawn and his team currently oversee 5 major areas of ministry, including: Kids, Youth, Women, Men and Church Development and Resources.
Shawn is married to Amy Reine and together they have 2 wonderful boys: Mason and Bryson. As a family, they enjoy hiking, camping, exploring, and anything to do with an adventure. Shawn enjoys running and cycling and will escape to the mountains for bowhunting or fishing any chance he can.
One of Shawn’s passions is Leadership Development. This sets him up for great success when pouring into leaders and helping ministries grow and flourish. One of Shawn’s life missions is to simply “help others succeed." This is the heart of someone who knows that the success of others around you is the true mark of a great leader. Shawn enjoys his calling and lives life to the fullest.
Linda Bottoms was appointed to serve as the Girls Ministries Director of the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network in July of 2003. She served in this role for 11 years before being asked to serve as the Women’s Ministries Director of the RMMN in January of 2015.
Linda was born in Rocky Ford, CO and lived in Fowler where her parents pastored until 1975. She was raised in a Pastor’s home and always had a love for the church and ministry.
Linda and her husband, Scott, began ministry in 1990 and served in Youth Ministries for six years before accepting their first lead pastorate in 1996 in Rocky Ford, CO. Since that time, they have pastored in Strasburg, CO and currently preside over Church at Briargate in COS. They have three children, one daughter in law, and a precious grand baby, Eloise.
Linda is a “southern girl” with a slight twang who loves to laugh. She has a passion to see young women step into the calling God has placed on their lives and loves helping the local church thrive.
Tayler Richmond
Church Ministries Admin
(Youth and Kids Ministries)
Tayler Richmond grew up in the Assemblies of God. Her parents have been in the ministry for 38 years. Her great grandpa served as Superintendent of Louisiana for many years, so she humorously remarks that she was “born on the pew” of the church. She has been heavily involved in church ministries—from her childhood in Prims and Jr. Bible Quiz, to being on youth staff for 10 years in her local church.
Tayler received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Louisiana Tech and her Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University. She also attended SAGU. Tayler has been teaching special education for the past eight years.
Angie David
Church Ministries Admin
(Women and Girl's Ministries)
Angie David is the assistant to the Assistant Church Ministries Director, Linda Bottoms. She has worked with Linda since 2017. She helps with Women’s Ministries events—from Leadership Conference to Ladies Retreat. She enjoys planning and assisting to make these events amazing for the ladies.
Angie is married to her high school sweetheart, Patrick, and they have four children: Vance 15, Shane 14, Wyatt 13 and Isabel 12. Angie and her family attend Church at Briargate in Colorado Springs. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and crafting. Her children keep her busy with dance competitions, football, and Rubik Cube competitions.
Jessica Wisdom

Jessica and her husband recently moved to Colorado Springs and are originally from Missouri. Their love for Colorado and adventure is what drew them here. Jessica serves on the Church Ministries Admin Team part time in the area of minister relations, hospitality, and research. She also works as an assistant preschool teacher in Downtown Colorado Springs.
Jessica and her husband enjoy hiking on the weekends and exploring Colorado. Jessica grew up attending church with her family. Her dad served as lead pastor for several years, and she has a passion for working with youth and kids and enjoys helping ministers. She is excited to see God working in the churches and ministries around the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network in Utah and Colorado.
Amy Reine
Ministry Consultant
Amy has served in many roles in ministry over the last 20 years. Her experience and attention to excellence sets her apart in many ways and positions her for success in her role as Support Staff and Ministry Consultant. Amy loves the “behind the scenes” jobs that involve great attention to detail and organization. She thrives in one-on-one interactions with leaders. Amy is a listener, a learner, and a leader.
Amy and Shawn have two boys that are super active. They enjoy getting out and exploring. Amy loves to travel and lives her life to collect experiences, not things!
Ryan Ragozine
Media & Communications
Ryan is a creative person who has the gift of bringing words, events, and mission statements to life. Ryan is a story teller, and he helps the CMD share its narrative. He is an avid reader, a life-long learner, and detail-oriented person, which sets him up for success at audio engineering, video editing, graphic design, and media communications.
Ryan received his B.A. in Theology from SAGU and his M.A. in Philosophy and Theology from Asbury Theological Seminary. He currently directs and produces a podcast that aims to bring the Christian worldview into the public square. He also serves as the Media Pastor at Restoration Fillmore.
