Step 1: Create Your Poll Everywhere Account
Begin by opening your preferred web browser and navigating to www.polleverywhere.com. Once the page loads, locate the Sign Up button and select it.
When prompted, enter your email address and select Continue.
After selecting Continue, you will be given two options: I am a presenter and I’m a participant. Please select I’m a participant.
You will then be directed to a registration page where you may enter your first name, last name, email address, and password. You may also choose to sign up using your Google account or Apple account.
Please choose a password you will remember, especially in case your device logs out or you need to use a different device later.
Once registration is complete, Poll Everywhere will send a verification email to your inbox. Open that email and click Verify to activate your account.
Once verified, your account is ready to use
Quick Tip
For the smoothest experience, we strongly recommend using the same email address the Network has on file for your ministerial credentials. If this is your first time using Poll Everywhere, select participant. Signing up with Google or Apple may save time, but if that account does not match the email in the RMMN credential database, additional registration procedures may be required before you are able to vote. Be sure to verify your account well before the meeting day.
Step 2: Join the RMMN Presentation
Before any meeting where voting may occur, open your browser and go to www.polleverywhere.com. Select Log In and enter your account credentials.
After logging in, you will be invited to Join Presentation. Enter the presentation address:
PollEv.com/rmmn
Then select Join.
You will be taken to the active voting page where responses will appear when a vote is opened.
Poll Everywhere can be used on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. No matter which device you use, please make sure it has internet access and that you are comfortable logging in before the meeting begins.
If assistance is needed, a tech table will be available outside the meeting area to help you.
Quick Tip
We recommend logging in a few minutes before the meeting begins. This gives you time to confirm that your account is working properly and allows you to participate without delay if a vote is called. Before arriving, make sure your device is charged, your internet connection is stable, and your login information is readily available.
Step 3: Caste Your Vote
When a vote is opened during the meeting, remain logged in to Poll Everywhere. The voting prompt will appear on your screen.
Select your response carefully and then click Submit.
Your vote will then be securely recorded.
Once submitted successfully, your vote will be captured and reflected in the tellers report provided to the Secretary-Treasurer.
Quick Tip
Each credentialed minister will only be able to submit one response per voting prompt. After your choice has been submitted, you will not be able to reverse your decision, and the buttons will remain locked until a new vote is made available. This safeguard protects the integrity of the voting process, so please make sure to select your desired option carefully the first time.

- Create and verify your Poll Everywhere account before the meeting.

- Make sure your device and internet connection are ready to use.
