As our organization has grown, we’re adopting a new corporate name: Adagio.
This new name reflects a stronger, unified identity as we’ve expanded to include additional programs like Aspire Academy and the work underway for Daniel Academy, while continuing to support the mission of Sarah’s Home.
What isn’t changing is just as important. Sarah’s Home will continue operating under the same name, providing compassionate, trauma-informed care for teenage girls who are survivors of sex trafficking. Daniel Academy will continue to be developed under the same name as well. Our mission remains exactly the same—only our organizational identity is evolving to better reflect the work God has allowed us to grow into.
Adagio is a musical term meaning “slowly, at ease”—an unhurried tempo that moves forward with steadiness and intention. For us, it’s more than just a name. It reflects our belief that healing, growth, and lasting transformation cannot be rushed. It also mirrors the way Jesus ministered: present, patient, and intentional, meeting people exactly where they were.
And now, I’m thrilled to share some incredible news: the Sarah’s Home program has officially been approved by the State of Colorado as a Residential Child Care Facility (RCCF)!
This milestone represents months of hard work, perseverance, prayer, partnership, and investment from so many people who believe in the mission of providing safe, trauma-informed care for survivors of human trafficking.
With our RCCF approval in place, we are officially open to receive referrals. This means we can now begin welcoming survivors into the Sarah’s Home program and providing the care, support, and stability they deserve.
As we step into this exciting new chapter, we are deeply grateful for everyone who has prayed, partnered, invested, and believed in this mission. God has faithfully brought us to this moment, and we are excited to see what He will continue to do through Adagio.
Our Mission: Rooted in our faith in Christ, we work to prevent human trafficking, provide places of holistic care for teenage survivors, and prepare them for life beyond our doors through accredited education, supportive relationships, and life skills. We walk with survivors and their families through the ongoing work of healing—celebrating progress, learning from setbacks, and building hope for the future.
