1. Click on the form.
2. Complete.
3. Click on the “Submit Via Email” at the bottom of the form.
4. An info box will pop up.  Send Using “Default email application” and click the box “Remember my choice”.
5. The email will go to the Financial Administrator in the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network office.
